- Innovative Air Solutions has service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Warranty calls are covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Non-warranty repair calls are invoiced a trip charge and repair charge, if applicable.
- All service calls for filter changes, cleanings, tripped breakers, or power issues are invoiced a trip charge.
Warranty and Repair Policy
- All equipment requires annual maintenance to assure peak performance and to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty requirements, if any.
- Warranty and/or repair not to include acts of God, electrical surges, electrical interruptions, improper operation, corrosive atmospheres, floods, lightning, accidents, theft or any other conditions beyond the control of Innovative Air Solutions.
